Who we are
A lot of solar companies subcontract their installations. That means the person who quotes your job has no idea who will actually do it, or whether they’ll be back if something goes wrong.
We employ our own SAA-accredited installers. The crew who turns up at your property answers to us — which means they’re accountable to you in a way that a subcontractor simply isn’t.
We’re based in Victoria. We work across greater Melbourne and regional Victoria. Every job is supported by a 10-year workmanship warranty and remote performance monitoring.
Accreditations & standards
New Energy Tech Consumer Code, administered by the Clean Energy Council. Means we’re bound by a formal consumer protection code covering sales practices, quotes, contracts and complaints.
Standards Australia accreditation is required to connect solar systems to the grid in Victoria. Our installers hold current accreditation — and we verify it before any crew goes on site.
We stand behind every installation we complete. If something fails as a result of the way the system was installed, we fix it — for ten years from commissioning date.
Every panel, inverter and battery we install comes with the manufacturer’s product warranty in place. We only use equipment from suppliers we can actually contact when something goes wrong.

The energy audit was the part that impressed us most — they came out, looked at our actual bills and roof, and told us honestly what would and wouldn’t work. No upsell, no pressure.
