From 20 kW warehouse rooftops to 100 kW+ industrial EPC projects, we carry the job from feasibility through to commissioning — grid code, distributor application and all. One team, one warranty, no subcontracting.
Largest single commercial project completed
Average reduction in daytime grid draw for warehouses
Typical simple payback on a 50 kW commercial install
Workmanship warranty on every commercial installation
Warehouses & factories
Warehouses and manufacturing facilities run hard between 7am and 5pm, which is exactly when solar generates. A correctly sized array can cover 70–90% of your daytime draw directly — the rest either feeds a battery or goes back to the grid.
We size every commercial system to your actual half-hourly interval data, not a rule-of-thumb. If you’re on a time-of-use tariff or a demand charge structure, the design accounts for both.

Industrial EPC
For projects over 50 kW or where the site complexity is higher — protection relay requirements, transformer upgrades, high-voltage interconnection — we offer full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).
That means feasibility modelling, detailed engineering design, equipment procurement through accredited vendors, construction with our own crew, and commissioning with full test documentation. You deal with one party throughout.
Yield modelling, structural assessment, grid connection strategy
Panels, inverters and racking from certified, warranted suppliers
In-house SAA-accredited team, site-specific WHS plan
Full test documentation, monitoring setup and handover
Agriculture & rural
Agricultural properties have energy profiles that work very well with solar: high daytime loads, large roof areas or ground space, and often limited grid capacity or expensive grid extensions to outlying buildings.
We handle everything from a single 20 kW pump system to multi-building farm installations with battery backup. For sites with no viable grid connection, ground-mounted off-grid systems sized to real daily demand.

How commercial works
Commercial projects involve more parties than a residential job. Here’s the honest sequence.
We collect your interval data (or estimate from bills), inspect the roof or ground area, and check switchboard and protection requirements. No cost, no obligation at this stage.
Yield modelling against your actual load profile, a system design, and a written proposal with products, total price, estimated savings and the payback calculation. Stated clearly before you sign anything.
We lodge the network connection application with your distributor, manage any technical queries, and coordinate the protection relay and metering requirements. This step takes 4–8 weeks depending on the distributor.
Our in-house crew installs the array and inverters, carries out full testing to AS/NZS standards, and completes commissioning documentation. Remote monitoring is set up and you receive the full compliance handover pack.
Recent commercial work
If output drops below expected yield, we investigate before you see it on a bill.
We partner with finance providers to offer low-to-zero upfront commercial solar, subject to credit approval. You pay the repayment from the energy saving each month — in many cases the system covers its own cost from day one. Ask about eligibility when you request your quote.
Free site assessment, written proposal, no obligation. Call-back within one business day.
